By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

For the purposes of these Terms, “TJ Tech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TJ Tech and, where applicable, the legal entity operating the TJ Tech business.

3. Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer

Descriptions of TJ Tech products, services, capabilities, technologies, estimated approaches, implementation models and other information on this website are provided for general information only.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commercial offer, contractual commitment, guarantee of availability or promise to deliver a particular feature or service.

A binding engagement with TJ Tech will arise only when the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, purchase order or other accepted commercial arrangement.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a separately signed customer agreement, the signed agreement will take precedence in relation to that engagement.

4. Proposals, Projects and Services

Any software development, consulting, integration, implementation or support work will normally be subject to separately agreed commercial terms.

Those terms may address matters including:

  • Project scope

  • Deliverables

  • Responsibilities

  • Pricing and payment

  • Project milestones

  • Acceptance criteria

  • Intellectual property

  • Support

  • Security

  • Data processing

  • Third-party services

  • Warranties

  • Liability

  • Termination

Information discussed during an initial enquiry, consultation or discovery conversation does not by itself create an obligation for TJ Tech to undertake a project.

5. UAE E-Invoicing

TJ Tech may provide software, adapters, engineering, consulting and implementation services relating to UAE e-invoicing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, TJ Tech does not represent itself as the customer’s tax adviser, legal adviser or regulatory authority.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their business and invoice data is accurate and complete

  • Their accounting and ERP systems contain the required information

  • Their business processes comply with applicable requirements

  • Corrections are made through appropriate source systems or processes

  • Appropriate tax, accounting and legal advice is obtained where required

TJ Tech’s software may validate, transform, route or integrate information according to defined technical rules, but it should not be assumed to independently determine whether underlying business or tax information is correct.

Electronic invoice exchange may be completed through the customer’s chosen UAE Accredited Service Provider, depending on the implementation model.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, TJ Tech does not control the availability, performance, acceptance decisions or processing rules of third-party Accredited Service Providers.

6. Third-Party Systems and Services

TJ Tech solutions may integrate with third-party systems such as:

  • Accounting software

  • ERP systems

  • Cloud platforms

  • APIs

  • Accredited Service Providers

  • Hosting providers

  • Identity providers

  • External databases

  • Communication services

  • Other software vendors

TJ Tech does not control third-party products or services.

Third-party systems may change their APIs, features, pricing, availability, authentication requirements, data structures or terms without notice.

Where an integration depends on a third-party system, continued compatibility may require upgrades, modifications or additional work.

Any such work will be subject to the applicable customer agreement or separately agreed scope.

7. Adapter Compatibility

Where TJ Tech develops or supplies software adapters, an adapter may be designed for specific:

  • Products

  • Editions

  • Versions

  • Regions

  • APIs

  • File formats

  • Database structures

  • Extraction methods

  • Provider interfaces

An adapter should not be assumed to support every version, configuration or implementation of a third-party system.

Compatibility requirements should be confirmed as part of the relevant project or product documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to TJ Tech.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Graphics

  • Page designs

You may view and use website content for ordinary internal business evaluation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, modify or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website without prior written permission from TJ Tech.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of TJ Tech intellectual property to you.

9. Open-Source and Public Engineering Work

TJ Tech may contribute to or reference publicly available open-source projects.

Any open-source software is governed by the license applicable to that project and not by these Terms to the extent that the applicable open-source license provides otherwise.

References to public engineering work are provided to demonstrate relevant technical experience and do not necessarily imply ownership of the underlying project, endorsement by another organization or availability of that software as a TJ Tech commercial product.

10. Confidential Information

Please do not send passwords, credentials, private keys, sensitive financial information, confidential datasets or other highly sensitive material through general website contact forms.

Where confidential information is required for a project, appropriate communication methods and contractual protections should be agreed.

14. No Professional Legal, Tax or Accounting Advice

15. Links to Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites or resources.

These links are provided for convenience only.

TJ Tech does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices or accuracy of third-party websites.

Access to third-party websites is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TJ Tech may add, modify or discontinue products, capabilities or services described on the website.

References to planned, proposed, experimental, beta or “in development” products do not constitute guarantees that those products will be released, released by a particular date or retain the features currently described.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our website, services, business operations or legal requirements.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TJ Tech’s registered business entity in the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.

Any dispute relating solely to the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to TJ Tech’s registered business entity, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Customer projects and commercial engagements may be governed by different dispute-resolution or jurisdiction provisions contained in the applicable agreement.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
