TJ Tech is developing an adapter-based platform that connects supported source systems and structured invoice files to the customeru’s chosen UAE Accredited Service Provider. The platform is being designed around four principles.
Each adapter supports a specified product, edition, region, version and extraction interface. The platform does not treat arbitrary files or unknown data structures as valid invoice sources.
Source invoice values remain the responsibility of the originating business system. The platform does not guess, recalculate or silently repair financial, tax or transaction data. Missing or invalid information is identified so it can be corrected through the appropriate source workflow.
Supported source data is transformed through controlled rules into the required structured invoice representation. Technical validation is completed before the invoice is handed to the provider integration.
Validated invoice information is submitted through the agreed Accredited Service Provider interface. Provider responses, technical failures and rejected transactions are tracked so that problems can be investigated and corrected through a defined process.
A successful implementation also requires decisions about source systems, required data, correction procedures, user responsibilities, provider responsibilities, testing, rollout and ongoing support.
